Terms & Conditions
The following general terms and conditions relate to the tender and sale of products on the website www.lilparadisecopenhagen, which is owned and maintained by NC Group ApS, Weaver Gang 22 in 2690 Karlslunde. CVR number: 39899426

Order
Lil 'Paradise Copenhagen's webshop is open 24 hours a day - 7 days a week. The website may temporarily be down as a result of maintenance. You must be 18 years of age and have a valid credit card to shop on our website. If you are not 18 years old, you can get an adult to do it for you.
Payment
Lil 'Paradise Copenhagen receives online payments with Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, MobilePay, Visa Electron and Maestro using Quickpay and Shopify Payments Payment Gateway.
Payment will only be deducted from your account when your order is shipped from our warehouse, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
All amounts on the website include VAT.
Website uses the following currencies for pricing:
- Denmark - crowns (DKK)
- Euro (eur)
We do not charge credit card fees. Please note that it is not possible for us to charge a higher amount than that is approved by you.
Change or cancellation of orders before sending
Unfortunately, Lil 'Paradise Copenhagen only has the option of making changes or canceling your order if it is not yet packed and shipped from our warehouse. If you wish to make changes to your order or cancel it, please contact us as soon as possible per. e-mail via info@lilparadise.dk
Cancellation right
Lil 'Paradise Copenhagen offers 14 days right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order unless otherwise agreed.
If you wish to undo your purchase, please within 14 days of receipt, notify us by sending an email to info@lilparadise.dk. The message must be clearly aware of your desire for the use of the right of withdrawal. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, you must return the product within 14 days of notifying us that you will withdraw the purchase. Please note that we are not refunding shipping costs.
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the order without at the same time notifying us.
Cancellation of part of the purchase
If you have purchased more items from us, you have the option of returning one or more items even if they are purchased in an order.
Return
As a consumer you have 14 days right of withdrawal when you shop at Lil 'Paradise Copenhagen.
The cancellation deadline expires 14 days after the day you have received your item, or get the last item in physical possession when it comes to an agreement on several different items ordered in an order and which is delivered individually.
Once Lil 'Paradise Copenhagen has been told that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the item to us.
Shipping costs and possibly Other expenses associated with the return must be paid by the customer.
Upon return, you are responsible for the item being properly wrapped up to prevent damage during transport. You are responsible for the package reaching our warehouse.
We always recommend that return packages be sent by Track & Trace so you can follow the package all the time.
If the goods are not received in original condition and packaging, we can make a deduction in the refund corresponding to the decrease in value.
Certain items cannot be returned by normal mail. This applies, for example, to very large order. The cost of returning these goods is expected to cost a maximum of: DKK 500.

Exchange
If you wish to exchange one item, to a different size, color or style, please place a new order on our webshop. The item you do not want to keep, please send back to our warehouse. Guide to returns can be found above.
Item's condition on return
If the item has lost value and this is because you have used it in a different way than what was needed to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the item, you can only get part of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the product, and in some cases it can mean that you can only get the shipping costs back.
We recommend that you return the item in the original packaging.
If the original packaging is missing, it will result in a decrease in the item.
Contact right
When you shop at Lil 'Paradise Copenhagen, the Danish Purchase Act applies to goods purchases. This means that you have the right of complaint for 24 months.
Complaints regarding Errors and deficiencies must be notified to Lil 'Paradise Copenhagen for a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. MAX is considered here. two months as a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed.
We want all our customers to receive high quality products. Should you still receive a product that does not live up to your expectations, please feel free to contact us.
If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either get the item exchanged, the money return or a discount in the price, depending on the specific situation.
Please note that the complaint is waived by wrong or uncommon operation of the product.
If you are eligible for a refund, this will take place within 14 days after we receive the item and approved the complaint. If the complaint is justified and if you have sent the item back to us, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging. Also remember to get a receipt for dispatch so we can repay your shipping costs.
If your order is posted on our website www.lilparadise.dk, we must ask you to submit your complaint via the link below. Your case will be processed as soon as possible.
If your product is purchased in a store or online at one of our dealers, please contact the purchase site who will help with a solution to the problem.
Prices
Prices are shown in DKK kroner and are included 25% Danish VAT.
Customers who shop outside the EU must accept local taxes and may be charged with taxes for which Lil 'Paradise Copenhagen cannot be held responsible.

It is not allowed to use any product designs, product names or trademarks presented on this website without prior written permission from Lil 'Paradise Copenhagen. These terms and conditions are subject to Danish law and any dispute regarding this website, its services or terms and conditions must be clarified by courts in Denmark.
