Refund

As soon as we have received your return package we will refund your purchase amount. Delivery costs are not refundable.

Please note that a full refund cannot be given if the item is impaired. If the item is impaired, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.

The amount will be repaid to the payment method used to make the purchase unless otherwise agreed.

We withhold the refund until we have received the item.
